Two group coaching sessions, virtual or in-person (based on location).

Two 1v1 coaching sessions for team members.

$500 per team member.

3 Month Organization Empowerment. Deep dive into leadership, teams and focused staff. Raise the energy and emotional intelligence of the entire organization. Focus on improving employee engagement, staff retention, satisfaction and other desired outcomes outlined during first phase.

Combination of in-person and virtual coaching.

Phase 1: Parameters, outcomes and expectations established with leadership. mission and values alignment. Leadership tool kits and buy-in based involvement. Employee engagement measurement.

Phase 2: Team and individual coaching. Team mission and values alignment. Group and individual ELI’s^TM.

Phase 3: Individual coaching and mission statements. employee engagement measurement. Debrief with leadership. Coaching tools and strategies to carry forward for organization.

$10,000 minimum, 25% down, payments made at each phase and after completion.
