In-person mediation in a neutral space at the workplace or in another comfortable environment. Neutral’s are important to provide balance and perspective, increasing positive outcomes.

$100.00 per hour for 2 party mediation.

Daily and Half/Day Rates Available upon request.

Travel Expenses billed to contractor over 50 Miles from Rhinelander.

Family Mediation

Conflict resolution for family law and divorce disputes. In-person, virtual, telephone and shuttle mediation options. Compliant with WI State Statute 767.405.

$100.00 per hour.

Ability to work within county reimbursement parameters.

Estate Mediation

Disputes over inheritance can create unnecessary conflict for grieving families. Mediation that respects the challenge of estate disputes and the individuals in disagreement.

$50.00 per hour for each party in attendance with interest in the estate.

Never any % based or settlement based fees.
